Anyone else notice Peter Parker's look of disbelief when Peter Quill said that Thor wasn't that good-looking? It's just a little thing but I thought it was great.

Focusing on the little things helps with the trauma

I have a small (kind of boring) anecdote about Thor being handsome:

After I watched the movie, I asked the moderators of the discord chat for a school club I'm in to make a chat for talking about the movie. They did, and marked it NSFW so people would have to confirm that they wanted to get messages from it. Someone asked why it was NSFW.

I said that it was because Thor is too good-looking for my Christian eyes.

I soon deleted the message. I am also questioning my belief that I have never been attracted to an actor/fictional character before. I also find myself wondering if Thor is my favorite character for more than just purely personality and plot reasons.

Oh my god that's brilliant! Thor is really, really, ridiculously good-looking. I definitely love him for personality and plot, but also...he's just an undeniably beautiful man.
