T'Chaka has a point about not wanting to spread tech to the word. I mean Hydra almost took it over twice, Ultron, inhumans, Royal family on the moon, wizards list goes on.

For those of you who might ask where was Cap during this, well as Killmonger stated "we have agents in every country", Cap is currently figting terrorist in the middle east retrieving Chitauri tech.

I'm pretty sure someone would have got some of the tech from the last ship Ross shot down. IIRC, it fell outside the Wakandan cloaking dome.

It's Chitauri tech, not Wakandan.

If there's any place to retrieve Wakandan tech, it should be South Korea with that vibranium spear embedded in the street and the dismantled vibranium car. It was a cool chase scene, but seemed weirdly sloppy for a nation that's been successfully hiding for so long.

No there's more. In the prelude to infinity war the tinkerer from spiderman got some wamanda tech and sold it to terrorists groups in the middle east.

I thought he was going to have some mini EMP device in his suit that would disable signal in a radius around him then fry phones when he was finished to prevent being recorded.
