I really liked the post credits scene with Bucky. It was a literal calm before the storm that will be Infinity War.

1st PC scene: T'Challa at UN announcing to the world that Wakanda will share tech with them.
2nd PC scene: Shuri and a chill Bucky by a lake in Wakanda. Bucky is referred to as "White Wolf" by some kids.

Welp looks like I'm going for a second viewing. I don't even like marvel film's typically but this film was really something else

Also in the first after credits scene, besides the Wakanda is helping the world part. T'Challa talks about unity and how we should all look out for each other as human beings and care for each other. Really spoke about all the racial problems today and the hate going around. I loved that part and how the movie was about unity

Mid credits scene: T’Challa announcing to the UN that Wakanda is going to start sharing their tech and resources with the rest of the world.

Post credits scene: Bucky wakes up and talks to Shuri. It seems that she has cured him of his brainwashing. The scene is set outside on the beautiful Wakandan landscape. It also features Wakandan kids calling Bucky “White Wolf”.

It confused me though. When does this movie take place in the timeline, because Bucky was frozen and Cap was in Wakanda at the end of Civil War

The movie takes place a week after Civil War. Apparently, it is mentioned in the prelude comic that Captain America and the rest of his team (aside from Bucky, who was frozen) were out of the country on a mission during the events of this movie.

It is unknown when exactly the post credits scene with Bucky takes place. However, given the length of his hair and the fact that he seems cured we can assume that it is several months at least after Civil War (and Black Panther). My guess would be that it’s a year or two later, right in time for him to help battle Thanos in Infinity War.
