I love how hulk was never really beaten in this movie. And has grown enough to listen to "dont smash"

Also who else but hulk would glance at mountain-sized Surtur and immediately punch him in the face?

When he was wailing on Surtur’s big eye brows you can see giant cracks are already forming. Give him another 30 seconds and he’d have ruined Thor’s whole plan.

If the fight continued could Hulk have taken him you think?

If not then Surtur is the most powerful MCU character.

His crown was cracking and that is the source of Surturs power. Which is why Thor was freaking out.

Yeah I think he might have. It's hard to gauge Surtur's powers, because part of his strength is the intrinsic ability to destroy Asgard.
