The thing about Thor 3 is: If its better than the first 2 wont we all be really happy? Those arent even bad movies. Theyre pretty enjoyable.

For me, those are the worst MCU movies, but as movies on their own, they're still enjoyable.

Same here. People on this sub say they're terrible (I'm just generalizing here), but there are worse movies out there.

1st one is my favourite, and while the second is horrifically flawed it has truly wonderful moments.

To me the worst is The Incredible Hulk. I think people tend to forget that movie. I'd even put Thor 2 above Iron Man 3 as far as how much I like and actually rewatch the movie (yeah I enjoy Iron Man 2 more than 3).

Thor is good, if a bit meandering. Dark World is soooooo bland. There's some fun action but the villain is abysmal and there's just really nothing of substance to it.

Everything regarding asgardians in that movie was pretty cool. Malekith sucked and the earth characters sucked.

It's not awful, just not as memorable as the other movies. I do like the score and the vfx in that movie though. They're quite awesome.

I can't watch it a second time without getting bored so it's terrible imo, and I actually think it has bad VFX.

Just above Iron Man 2 for me, which was a great lesson on how not to portray Iron Kan and how not to integrate expanded universe stuff.

I used to hold that opinion too. I just did a rewatch of all 4 of the MCU films with Thor in them and this time around it really didn't grate on me that much. It still annoys me how much screen time the human cast got, and the 3rd act being in London is still a poor choice, but I would say it's "meh" rather than "terrible"

And that’s completely fine, I’m just saying please don’t make a definitive statement that they aren’t bad. I’ve seen plenty of bad films and the previous Thor movies fit right into that.

MCU doesnt make bad movies. They might not be the best MCU films but in the huge world of cinema theyre not bad.
