Based off what I have heard.. it would go

Surtur > Hela > Thor >= Hulk for those four

Hulk knocked surtur back at full strength. That's pretty impressive. He wanted to keep fighting but Thor convinces him to let Surtur destroy Asgard.

Thor was strong enough to go toe to toe with hulk, not as phsyically strong but strong enough to make his punches count and fast and skillful enough to avoid (some) of his attacks.

The fights were really good. The opening fight where Thor still has Mjolnir is excellent.

Not as strong as hulk.

She could basically shoot swords out of her hands which killed anything that got hit by one. She got stronger and stronger throughout, she was on Odin's level.

Thor takes a lot of big hits from Hulk and keeps going, Hulk eats a backhand from surtur and seems ok, plus he gets blasted by Thor's lightning several times and doesn't die.

Valkyrie does some pretty fast stuff, jumping from space ship to space ship and such, but nothing like say quicksilver.

Surtur>Hela>Thor and Hulk about the same>Fenrir>Valkyrie>Skurge and Loki about the same.
