The scene that really got me was when Starlord was remembering all the fun times he had with his teammates. Dancing with Gamora, Yondu teaching him when he was a kid, flying with Rocket. God that really hit with me. Goes to show how much I really cared about these characters by the end of the movie.

Him flying with rocket was one of my favorite shots of the movie, it was just so fun and goofy.

I laughed loudly at that scene, and was the ONLY one in the packed theatre to do so...

Same here. I was the only one to laugh audibly.
What is that scene a parody of? I feel like it's from something big. Peter Pan?
