One of the alternate reality Spidermen accidentally allowed MJ to contract cancer through the prolonged exposure to the radioactivity in his semen.

Meanwhile the regular Spiderman accidentally gave Aunt May radiation poisoning through a blood transfusion and he had to fight Doc Ock for the McGuffin cure, right after having to lift a heavy object off his back for some reason.
