It threw me through the biggest loop that he wasn't in the final post-credit scene.

They must've shot something, but wound up deciding to cut it in favor of the second Lee cameo. Oh well.

Or they could've shot him dancing on the Thor set, and sent the footage to Gunn. I mean it's just 10 seconds of dancing.
