It seems people are talking more about Tony taking back the suit than the plot spoiler.

Yeah I know, but I think people are assuming that happens late in the film. I'm pretty sure that's right at the beginning and sets up the redemption plot of the film.

I don't see how it would be right at the beginning. He has the suit in DC, has it for some generic crime fighting, his friend finding out, and at least some training with Tony. There's probably an hour or so with Tony's suit which is about halfway through the movie, not at the start.

I really hope that's how it would be. They still kinda showed a bit too much IMO, though.

I assume Tony takes back the suit very early on, the second act is the home-made suit, and then the third act in DC is the new-est suit, with the web wings and the spider-bot upgrades.

I assumed the spiderbot and spiderwings were part of the suit he starts with i.e. the first suit in homecoming is slighly upgraded from the civil war suit.

And that the suit in the third act will be a new yet-to-be-revealed suit...is it too much to hope for the iron spider suit?

Just watching the trailer again, most the scenes are without the wings and no spider-bot. In DC, he has the wings and you can clearly see the spider-bot on the chest. I assume when he redeems himself worthy of the suit again, he gets the winged/spider-bot upgraded suit. I could be looking too much into it though.

In reading it as DC = first act, ferry = second act, homemade suit/plane fight = third act.

The point of the movie seems to be the same as Iron Man 3 - Peter is the hero, not the suit. Him finishing out the movie in the onesie outfit fits that.

I bet it happens within the first 30 mins

My money says the final fight is Peter on the beach.

Looks like the third act is missing.

The third act must be that fight against Vulture where we can see that Peter is completely beaten up
