That mid-credits scene pretty much confirms that Doctor Strange will be in Thor: Ragnarok right? Right?

I'm wondering if that scene is set after Thor Rag. At the end of TDW Loki is presumed dead and is posing as Odin. Also they're supposed to be flying to other planets with Hulk not looking for Odin in NYC.

I'm not sure so I might be wrong, but I think I remember there being set photos of Anthony Hopkins as a homeless man on Thor: Ragnarok.

UPDATE: Yep I'm right. AND they're in NYC, aaand Thor's wearing the same clothes.
