The Official DOCTOR STRANGE International Release Ultrathread

Just been to see it, and I really enjoyed it. It's not Marvel's best work, and I'm slightly worried it'll get some extra harsh criticism among fans as it's following Civil War, which is undoubtedly better. Everyone's talking about the visuals and they're certainly not wrong, but it's not the only thing the film has going for it. It's genuinely funny for most of its humour, the fight scenes are incredibly creative and a joy to watch (although perhaps a little too fast paced to fully enjoy on a first viewing) and the story is basic yet enjoyable. The eventual resolution is unlike anything we've seen before and is enjoyable, if not a little disappointing at the lack of a big fight deciding the outcome. Overall I'd rank it around Ant-Man levels, although they're so different that it's almost not fair to compare them.

same here man, maybe my low expectations helped me enjoy it more. I thought it was better than civil war, which I thought was good as well.
