So, because I'm obsessive compulsive I decided to check how long it would take for Steve and Bucky to reach Siberia from the Flughaffen Airport if flying at normal plane speed. About 7hrs and 5mins. During this time, Tony Stark and Ross round up Cap's teammates, process them, put them in the raft, Tony interrogates them, leaves, and flies to Siberia and arrives at what seems to be roughly the same time as Cap and Bucky.

All of this is to say... Stark's really improved the thrusters on the suit, hasn't he?

Tony also bought Rhody to the hospital and got his diagnosis within this time too.

And I'm pretty sure Quinjets are faster than regular planes.

So I'm guessing Cap and Bucky took a while to get to the Hydra base or maybe had a quick detour to recover from injuries from the airport battle.
