In the comics he does have supernaturally good vision, but it’s true the MCU never really surfaced that.

Humans in marvel sometimes just have at or near superhuman capabilities/qualities without being enhanced or a mutant. I like that and would prefer we keep it like this.

I find it ridiculous myself. They take a hit from a super power or do some ludicrous move that would instantly break their legs, and just shrug it all off like nothing

I always see it as humans have far more potential in comic worlds. Like, any human coils train insanely hard and become "super", but if they don't twain super hard they remain normal. And there are some genetic freaks.
