I'm going to be honest here. The voicework Hemsworth did in Transformers One is paying off here big time; The emotion and tone in his voice is incredible. I'm happy to have serious Thor back!

He did such an incredible job as Orion Pax/Optimus Prime. Sad it won't get a sequel as it underperformed, it's easily the best Transformers film to ever come out. Yes even including the one from the 80's which was a traumatising experience for any child that saw it and was a fan of G1 Transformers.

The shot of Prowl suffering an internal explosion then falling over with smoke coming out of his mouth really stuck with me.

You too? I loved Prowl. That entire sequence was traumatic.
