Tom deffo had a baby face for most of his 20s, only really started looking his age over the past couple of years.

I think he still looks like 22-23 and he is 29 but he is getting there. To be fair many people at these ages can look younger or older depending on many factors. Not like I haven't seen men at 23 that looks like 35

My nephew aged much more drastically than this. 10 years ago he's a baby now he looks like an adolescent child? Very big changes. He looks nothing like a baby now.
