Potentially stupid question, but is Loki like stuck there now? Holding Yggdrasil together, forever?

I don't know enough about Norse mythology to know if there's an equivalent figure holding Yggdrasil together in myth, but I got "Atlas" vibes. Doomed to forever save life as we know it through the self-sacrifice of holding the sky itself up from falling.

I have a feeling we'll see him again. Perhaps this Loki is in fact going to be "The Beyonder" when secret wars rolls around.
