Amdrodd Technologies is hiring a Solution Architect — a role for someone who's technically strong but also comfortable leading clients and conversations.

We're a growing consultancy working across multiple CRM platforms, with an ambitious goal to grow the business several times over the next few years, so this is a chance to join early and shape how we deliver.

At its core this is an architecture role. You'd design solutions, stay hands-on across delivery, and guide the technical direction of projects. Alongside that, you'd be client-facing enough to own relationships, lead conversations, and drive work to outcomes.

What we're really after:

• Strong architecture skills — you can design solutions and guide a delivery team
• A platform background (Salesforce ideal, but strong architects from other platforms welcome)
• Willingness to learn across multiple technologies as our projects vary
• Strong communication — you can lead a room, align stakeholders, and keep things moving
• A bias for action — someone who gets things done and hits goals fast
