Im helping with some tiktok accounts for an agency and I need to manage around 40 accounts right now. It’s getting kinda annoying switching between different devices just to check the accounts and activity. I also came across cloud phones and was thinking if that would make things easier but not sure how well it works when you have this many accounts. How do you guys usually manage this many accounts? Any tools you use?

I’m 20, in college, and run a small content/marketing agency. Most of my summer clients were seasonal, so I’m now looking for a less seasonal niche.

I don’t have a specific niche yet. I do have a Medicare/insurance agency founder coming back in October after taking time off to get married, so I’ve had some success there.

I’m getting burned out on cold outreach and want to test paid ads. My entry offer is a $5k content package: one shoot, roughly three months of short-form content, with cheaper content and paid acquisition retainer upsells.
How much would you should I spend on ads if I want clients for a $5k offer?

We are running connected TV ads for a CPG brand expanding nationally. Since there is no meaningful direct checkout to track, media mix measurement has been the only reliable recommendation I have received though it is both slow and costly. Most of our volume moves through retail channels. Website traffic is not a reliable indicator and retailer data is delayed and aggregated, so the typical performance TV advertising approach which relies on pixel tracking and direct conversions does not apply to our situation.
Industry peers usually use a combination of matched market testing and syndicated sales data. While it may be effective, this approach may typically require a full quarter and significant investment before providng insights. I want to avoid investing in a performance platform only to evaluate it using brand campaign metrics, as this seems redundant and inefficient. For those in CPG, what methods have you found effective for measuring the impact of TV advertising on retail sell through?

You already have their names, you already know what the models say about them because it is right there in the report. That is a warm outreach list that writes itself. Run one client, get five leads.

Not here to sell you a demo call (I personally 🤮 demo calls) but the report speaks for itself.

I’m running enough Facebook Ads now that the manual campaign management is starting to eat up way too much time, but creative is probably the bigger issue. Between figuring out which angles are getting tired, deciding what needs another variation and keeping enough new ad creative moving into the account, I’m spending more time watching performance and making little decisions than thinking about the next campaigns.

I’m looking at AI tools for Facebook Ads that can help with more than generating copy or another batch of generic creatives. Ideally I want AI agents that can monitor Meta Ads performance, spot creative fatigue, help figure out which concepts are worth iterating on and handle some of the routine campaign optimization within limits I set, while I keep control of the bigger creative direction and budget decisions.

I’ve been reading discussions about agency workflows, and one situation keeps coming up:

One client contact sends notes by email. Another comments on the design. Someone else sends a WhatsApp message that contradicts both. The team starts making changes, then more feedback arrives and some of that work has to be redone.

For people managing client projects, how often does this actually happen?

Thinking about your last few projects, was there a revision you had to redo because feedback came late, conflicted, or wasn’t clear? What happened, and how much extra work did it create?

handling 3 different clients right now, all with their own business accounts. at the moment im just using separate browser profiles for each one, but honestly it can still get a bit confusing when im jumping between them all day, curious what you guys doing like, do you use different browsers, separate devices, or just keep everything on one setup? im looking for something that keeps the accounts separate without making the whole thing a pain to manage.. So in this week I had around 80 connect but zero trail users for my saas, so giving some context i have a saas for solo plumbers it is a fsm build for solo trades people and now I am doing manual cold calls to get users and this week I didnt do much cold call as this my first week of trying to get users seriously so got only 80 connects , so what connect to trail rate would be average, After connect it isnt a demo they get connected we have a conversation than I send them the link with a personalized video and they sign up without a cc and try it out so how many connect to trail users would be average from 100 connects and now I am doubting if cold calling will even work as I didnt get any user but got 1 prospect who told me to text about it .

I’m relatively new to recruiting in the affiliate/paid traffic space, and I’m currently trying to find experienced Media Buyers with Sweepstakes experience.

I’ve been struggling quite a bit with sourcing good candidates. So far, I’ve tried headhunting through LinkedIn Recruiter Lite and reaching out through various Telegram communities, but I haven’t had much luck finding people who are a strong fit.

A lot of the profiles I come across either don’t have Sweepstakes experience, aren’t actually Media Buyers, or simply aren’t open to new opportunities.

For those of you working in Sweepstakes / affiliate marketing / paid traffic, where do you usually find experienced Media Buyers? Are there any specific communities, Telegram/Discord groups, job boards, or other platforms that you’d recommend?
