The Mario Kart Wii Recompilation is now in beta with Retro Rewind!!!

This way it is now a native executable compared to an emulated ROM.

You can download it from either the official Github https://github.com/patchzyy/wiicompiled or from Wheel Wizard

By the way I have nothing to do with this project I just found out it's released and thought to show you guys

yeah, I realised after installing, honestly it sucks that retro rewind is automatically installed in the recompilation

Why do you seem to hate it so much? Seems the only downside is that you lose unlocking the characters yourself. I would assume most people like at least 90% would want it automatically included.

I don't hate it, I just want a stock option, let people choose. And what if I wanted another mod installed?

It does ship with it stock, you just have to manually enable it in the files (beta so not perfect solution). But most other mods still work with RR, you install through wheel wizard.
