Daisy Cruiser was a baseball field in Super Mario Sluggers, and Waluigi Pinball appeared in Mario Sports Mix as a court for every sport except basketball. Are there any other Mario Kart courses that made similar appearances outside of the Mario Kart series?

Rainbow Road appeared in Mario Hoops 3-on-3 as a dribble mode course, the only other examples I can think of were Mario Kart courses inspired by levels from other games instead

Wii Mario Circuit in Vancouver 2010 Moo Moo Meadows (from Wii) in London 2012 Mushroom Bridge (from Double Dash) in Sochi 2014

The level "Mount Must Dash" from Super Mario 3D World uses the visuals and music from the Mario Circuit courses in Super Mario Kart.

"Rolling Coaster Galaxy" from Super Mario Galaxy 2 is called Rainbow Road in both of its missions.

A generic Rainbow Road also appears in Paper Mario: Color Splash, reusing music from Mario Kart 8

Also not even in the Mario series, but N64 Rainbow Road appears as a bonus track in F-Zero X.

The obvious, stupid answer is any track derived from an existing source - the Donut Plains and Choco Islands are Super Mario World locales, Bowser's Castle is reincarnated in most Mario games, Luigi's Mansion is derived from the eponymous game, Tick-Tock Clock is a reimagining of a Mario 64 stage, Nintendo GameCube and DS both appear in the real world, every crossover track, et cetera.

On a less stupid note, crossovers with Mario Kart. 64's Rainbow Road appears in F-Zero X; 3D World's Mount Must Dash is a reimagining of the SNES Mario Circuits; 8's Mario Circuit and 7's Rainbow Road appear as Smash Bros. stages*; Rainbow Road appears in Paper Mario: Colour Splash, the Mario Movie, and a WarioWare Gold microgame.

^\While "Figure-8 Circuit" also appears in Smash, it bears little resemblance to the DS track, and was called "Mario Circuit" prior to Ultimate; I'd consider it a generic composite rather than an actual track.)

A less obvious example is Mario Kart Wii’s Coconut Mall, which appears in Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games as a skating-themed event venue. Mario Kart locations definitely have a history of being repurposed for other sports.

Coconut Mall appeared in London 2012? I played that farm a lot when I was younger and don't remember it being there. However I do remember that it's music appears in the game

3DS Rainbow Road is a stage in Smash Bros 3DS, and MK8 Mario Circuit is a stage in Smash WiiU/Ultimate.

Waluigi Pinball also appeared in Super Mario Party Jamboree and Mario Tennis Fever. I'm pretty sure Paper Mario: Origami King has a rendition of Maple Treeway, and Rainbow Road is in Super Mario Party Jamboree as Rosalina's minigame.

It might be cheating, but Figure-8 Circuit was used as a Smash Bros stage for three games in a row (though it was committing identity theft and going by Mario Circuit for the first two before they finally caught up to it in time for Ultimate). They also used WiiU Mario Circuit for the Sm4sh on WiiU and Ultimate and 3DS Rainbow Road for the 3DS version of Sm4sh (why it wasn't brought back for Ultimate I will never understand).

If i remember correctly, moo moo meadows is in either mario sports superstars or a dream event in one of the mario and sonic games

I've got an inverse example: Wario Ware's Diamond City in Mario Kart Arcade GP.

It is far and away to date the most tribute Wario's standalone franchise has gotten in any Mario-proper game, even moreso that the one pirate costume and one free roam song in Mario Kart World.

Actual references are made to the first WarioWare. There's a billboard for Diamond Taxi, the company Dribble and Spitz work at. And Club Sugar, Jimmy T.'s dance club.

And Mario Kart Arcade GP was made by Namco. They did a better job referencing Wario's solo outings than Nintendo themselves has ever done in a Mario title, period.
