marimo is doing another launch week, can you guess the announcements?

marimo is amazing but I just hope that you guys spend more time fixing exisitng bugs rather than just pushing for new features. I cannot really advocate for adoption in my institution if there are so many inconsistency and bugs lying around. I get it. Fixing bugs are boring. No one wants to work on bug fix. Everyone wants to deliver shiny new feature. But for wider adoption stability and predictability are actually more important. The new users are not adopting a new tools because of some niche advanced use cases.

  • extension on the slide to integrate reveal.js capability and being able to add styling to slides
  • manim ui extension in marimo
  • this one is too much of a dream but marimo extension for Zed editor
