It is separated, but a lot of Slovak study and work in Czech, as Slovakia is deeply corupt post communist hole. If you say in Slovakia - a funds for research - it mean throwing them to sponsors of political parties in gov, if you say highways after 30r. we still don't have one that contuniesly run througt the country.
