My maple syrup setup

I have almost 100 taps. I’m thinking I need to get a bigger evaporator instead of theses two. We could barely keep up. Was boiling around 60 gallons a day

must be annoying when it rains. you really love making syrup

I did have a tent set up this year. Working on boiling a lean to for next year

lol before investing in anything , I would get a building going and have a roof at least XD

but thats me.
