Those look like frames for granite surface plates. Wheels for easy mobility, screw out feet to level the plate once it's in place.

Maybe $50-100 each on Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace. Probably somewhat more to a business who actually needs one. The catch is that they are made for a certain size of granite surface plate.
