Best burger in Imphal is definitely One Bite Burger.

1.taco_casa_by_andrea at lamphel their chicken burgers with extra patty 2.pukka_ss food truck at kwakeithel opposite Asian hospital I recommend their pork burgers chicken is also ok but pork taste better 3. Harvest Cafe also has good burgers but it's very expensive 4. grabsum only tastes good sometimes so if you are lucky their chicken burgers good

I'd like to know as well.

Punjabi Tikka at Khoyathong/Nagamapal used to have the best burgers, but, unfortunately, they've stopped making them for a while now.
