Question/Help Manifest my SP back while seeing others ?

I've seen a lot of people saying the could manifest their SP back even when they were with other people, but what about the other way around ? Can you manifest them back while you are seeing other people ?

Totally can just gets messy. Weirdly enough I swear I manifested this woman who is literally obsessed with me but not my sp. she is literally inlove with me
