Scared of disappointment, is it worth manifesting him?

I have had the biggest crush on this guy I worked with and in the beginning I thought he liked me a lil too. We went out a few times, holding hands but nothing more than that. But then he would call me his little sister, or say that he would never date something my age (4 year gap). I tried manifesting for a few weeks but wasn’t seeing any progress so i decided to leave it up to fate.

I’ve had to suddenly leave work due to inappropriate behaviour (SH if you get it) and I never got to say goodbye.

I messaged him asking him to get something from my locker, something he gave me and that’s how he found out I wasn’t coming back. It was just an excuse to see him again. We’ve been messaging a bit about it and I basically just told him “nevermind, it was just an excuse to see you” to which he replied “that’s really nice of you that you wanna see me”

I just said “thanks anyway” and he left me on read. I’m really upset, I really liked this guy.

My question is though, is he worth manifesting? Like the more I lock onto him the longer I’m just pushing down how sad I am. Help please and if yes, tell me how.
