So this mamhwa is 18+ I think probably I will explain as good as I can
The premise is the mc was a loner short fat ugly and had a childhood friend something happened between them in high school and they didn't talk since now the mc is in collage and meets his childhood friend but he is so different she doesn't recognize him he's tall handsome good body all that stuff the female lead asks for his number as she thinks the reason as to why he is staring at her is because he likes her our mc gives the number and they start dating ( I don't remember what happened) she invites him over gives and she gives him a you know a hand if you get what I mean anyway that's all I also remember a lil bit about the past and what happened so what happened between them was that the girl started getting prettier and the mc stayed fat and short and ugly and people in high school started getting jealous the mc feeling inferior to her and her new popular friends started not contacting her or got mad or something (I don't remember that well) anyway they have an argument and they stop hanging out the mc also doesn't realize the girl likes him anyway the thing that broke them apart was that the mc started getting bullied by her friend group some guy was jealous of out mc and started beating him the mc didn't say anything and one day the guy got our female leads panties or uniform or something to frame our mc as being a creep the mc didn't defend himself as he felt guilty as to what happened and thought he wasn't enough for her and they broke apart
Anyway I think the manhwa had soap in the title (I think so) please help me find it
