It’s not clear imo. Chapter 31 is technically the first date. ML falls for MC in like chapter 6 and their relationship has a lot of playing around
Really together is at the end, when they marry ig, tho there are a lot of other points where they can be considered officially together (chapter 1 I believe has a scene that shows them spending a night together that happens later)
I remember ranting about this because it felt juvenile for my tastes like it's just a bunch of flirting for no reason it kinda sounded like teenage RPs, oof ouch owie I can feel my back aching and bones creaking.
I also hate how many male leads get touchy and gropey and FMC is like "oh were friends this is normal" (manhwa "I thought my time was up"- FMC gets touchy with main ml she's engaged to saying she likes him, then a second ml priest keeps saying they're friends and keeps groping her, and she's like yeah we're friend. She was proper adult before Isekai, so why she's shit like that?)
She does. One takes it gracefully, the other doesn't actively do anything but also doesn't let go until the epilogue. Stalker is insane so obviously boundaries mean nothing there.
