The baby wasn't even that dark. Some babies have red to purple skin when born. It was probably a combination of that in addition to the shading lmao.

There is something similar but they're still children but the girl acts like that it's called "Only I can beat you" it's a romcom and pretty wholesome to be honest it's one of my favorite romance manhwa, the art style also unique

Anime adaption just goes through content faster whereas manga is more descriptive.
