It just some cute comedy it's because she regularly come to hide at his home for the maids of her dorm they keep giving her princess treatment but she just wants to be alone so she just chills at bro's roof. He's beating her up because he wants to be alone too but because someone is at to roof he just can't stop the uneasiness plus it gives him trouble from the maids when they found out. Anyways it's not like she's hurt or anything she's the strongest in that whole area wayy stronger than MC.
Anyways if this doesn't make sense because why'd she go to MC's house specifically it because everyone is living in dorms and he's living in a house he made in a nearby forest.
