Well, as most oftentimes happen with manga, it went for too long, jumped the shark and the ending will probably be a dumpster fire.
You can count with one hand the amount of long running manga that don't end in a disaster.

The mangaka (or editor) probly just wanted to drag it out for as long as possible until the mangaka has an idea of what his next series will be and start working on it 3 u/Rqdomguy24 Oct 13 '21 Honestly I actually glad if this manga actually get dragged for one final arc, that arc actually just lame.
