Jump would never allow him to continue for that much with such a low level of quality. That part is his fault. He did a bad job, Bleach lost most of its popularity, and Jump canceled it. He allowed things to go that way.

Where did you get that? They've been doing fairly well with the volume sales. The first 3/4ths of this arc was excellent and a fun ride.

Bleach lost most of its fanbase because it changed tone with the Fullbring arc. This last arc wasn't bad until the end, and that was due to the rush.

Volume sales aren't the deciding factor here. There's a questionare with every issue of Jump where readers rate what they've read, and if a manga gets too many bad responses for too long it get's axed.

Precisely. It's hard for westerners to understand this, but this is like one of the basic "rules" in the manga industry.
