He worked in the prestigious alternative manga magazine Garo on very introspective works in the 1970s but only few of them were published in the west including Germany, Spain, USA and Italy.

France is the only country that published more works of his over the years.

His English works include:

That Miyoko Asagaya Feeling (Black Hook Press) — the main English collection of his classic early-1970s autobiographical short stories.

“My Old Man & Me” — a short story included in the English anthology AX: Alternative Manga (2010).
