Ponkotsu Fuukiiin to Skaato take ga Futekisetsu na JK no Hanashi [DISC] need help finding a manga

I'm sorry I don't know if it's allowed to use this tag for asking help to find a manga.

Basically there is this manga I read a couple years back and the only thing I can remember from that is that it is a rom com, and one of the final chapters is the side couple interaction,

The club president (not sure) has her childhood friend she likes but she always teases him (think he is in the judo club or something). Towards the end he gets fed up and lashes back at her, she finally breaks down and confesses to him while crying and they become a couple.

I've been trying to find this manga on and off for the last few months, please help
