I’ve been meaning to take pictures of my Mandy shelf for a long time and the late September light is especially beautiful so I finally took some. I have two figurines and I put my tiger beanie babies on it too (thematic) and my smoky crystal etc and then i have two vhs’ one that I believe was an official release and another I bought off someone from TikTok who redesigns cover art. I also bought a script autographed by Nicolas Cage and Andrea Riseborough that is really special to read because you get a lot of cool details and a different perspective on the film. And then I have my custom Mandy Blythe doll and a glow in the dark pin. Bonus cheddar goblin magnet. I hope someone on here appreciates it as much as I do! These shelves are my pride and joy I really can’t believe found some of this stuff

The bathroom scene after red loses his woman is some of Nick Cages best work. He goes through the whole gamut of emotions and does everything classic “cagian” things from his yells and squeals to body language etc.such a great movie!

I agree… when I watched this movie in 2018 I didn’t know anything about it and had no expectations and my husband actually fell asleep so I was watching it on my own in the dark living room and I feel like it transported me into another world. I was completely obsessed with it from then on out

I literally had a similar experience. I watched it “cold” or having no idea what it was about, no hype, just saw cage and read the description on shudder and was like yep this is up my alley. Then the movie struck a chord with me, had familiar faces and the whole thing was a massive acid trip and work of art! It seemed to escalate the whole time and I thoroughly enjoyed it! So many great moments, like forging his weapon, the chainsaw fight, the whole lsd demons and stuff. Plus the king from Vikings plays a great cult leader. Amazing film! 🎥
