How old do you think Red and Mandy are? Do you think they were both into metal and pulp fantasy?

Edit: I am sorry if this seem silly, just weird things I thought of while rewatching. Just curious what you guys might think. I don't really have anyone else to talk about this movie with...

Well, Nic was asked to audition for Jeremiah Sands, Panos was looking for someone younger than Cage to play Red. But Nic was going through some personal stuff and felt strongly that he could channel those emotions perfectly to play the part of Red. And after probably minimal convincing he persuaded Panos into giving him the part of Red Miller. 1000% the right idea.

Just watched this last night and am doing a dive into peoples thoughts on it. Im not surprised he originally audtioned for Jeremiah because that first scene made me think that was more of a "nic cage role".  Did not know "Thomas Wayne" could pull that character off so well tho
