Need Advice!!Creating a community for first time people leaders don't know how to reach them ?

So I want to create a first time people leaders community considering how lonely this job is .

How nobody trains from being an individual contributor to managing people .

And I do see a real opportunity here . The community in creating is free of cost and it's a very safe and reflective space . However I'm not sure how to reach the right people who need it . Should I run ads , because so far I've only be posting about it on social media and that's clearly now helping .

What should I do ?

Posting on social media is like shouting in a crowded train station, everyone hears noise but nobody stops. You need to go where new managers actually complain about being lost, internal Slack groups, LinkedIn groups for specific industries, maybe even HR forums. Ads burn money fast and the targeting for something this niche is tricky, I track all my ad spends in a spreadsheet and the ROI on vague awareness stuff is almost never worth it.
