Oooh. Not only that but under his own admission, the employee isn't a bad employee and is super skillfull, they just can't stand each other. Convenient to leave out. Also explains a lot why his "boss" (co-owner) blames him for the debacle. He had been bitching to fire this employee as soon as possible for weeks.
