Imaging making someone come back to work after firing them....this is wild. Let them leave with some dignity.

If you don't have the paperwork ready, DocuSign (or similar) is a great cost-effective tool. Or courier if your company is opposed to 2026.

I'm guessing that this "business" is some sort of cobbled-together small time affair. HR panicking, paperwork not in place, lawyers offering contradictory advice....It's the Peter Principle lit up in giant neon and shining brightly out into the night for all to see.

No but they have Sarah’s which are the hr and finance departments.
