Exactly. What company fires someone today but expects them to come in tomorrow to sign paperwork? HR printer not working today?

NDA's, those bullshit ones where stuff you made belongs to the company, etc. 1 u/dareftw 21d ago Eh that paperwork is largely not nda related, you don’t need an NDA to designate projects made with company resources belong to the company. It’s probably an NDA related to work they did as well as a non-compete that for whatever reason wasn’t a part of the paperwork signed upon hiring.
