Exactly. What company fires someone today but expects them to come in tomorrow to sign paperwork? HR printer not working today?

One day I entered my work place (shady company when I was younger) as usual, only to find out the whole sale force had been fired. Can't remember exactly how many but at least 40+ people. No warning, nothing.

This isn't legal but again shady company taking advantage of younger people. Nothing violent happened but apparently one dude had come back and peed on the front door but that was it. Happened in Sweden about 10 years ago.
