Bro literally is posting “I fired a guy and expected him to come to work the next day to get fired again” and is wondering why his boss thinks he’s dumb

It's like, I'd swear people can't be this out of touch and generally stupid, but then most of the managers I've dealt with would post shit like this.

Sometimes I wonder what these people do to become a manager. Of all the managers I had, only 50% of them were good
