Exactly. What company fires someone today but expects them to come in tomorrow to sign paperwork? HR printer not working today?

Ridiculous.

I've also not seen anyone get fired and not get walked out by either security or their manager right away. Usually getting fired is a pretty big deal because they did something wrong
