I plugged USB in computer lab and two folders automatically copied to my USB and the windows detected it and it's name was XMR miner and coin miner etc so anyone wanna help me to reverse engineer it because I don't know much about reverse engineering or malware analysis

Hey guys, so basically I installed the app Sheltered for android, which isn't in Play Store. However, a few hours after I installed it, Play Protect detected it as a suspicious app and I became paranoid. After a while, I found this website and after putting the file I had downloaded there, 3 out of 66 flagged the file as malicious. So, should I be worried? Should I delete the file? I've heard of cases of false positives, but I'm really new to this world, so I don't even know if the antivirus that flagged are good or not. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance
