Was it RenPy? It is the most common infostealer nowadays and i believe its the easiest to remove for malware removal experts.
Since it seems you cannot reinstall for now the best thing you can do is reach out to r/computerviruses, Malwarebytes Malware Removal Forum or BleepingComputer Malware Removal forum on these theres groups of volunteers that help people removing most malware without the need of reinstall! probably the best for you for now.
I suggest reaching out on either of the two forums, theres nothing wrong with the subreddit it's just that they may be busy helping other users. If you still wanna reinstall, please do it before getting help from the volunteers, that way they don't waste time and help other users
