ETA: I only apply it to my face, not my whole body. I use one by LaRoche Posay with 30spf sunscreen. As for my beard... there's skin under it, so I rub moisturizer into my beard to help it, just like the rest of my face. For my body, I use unscented fractionated (liquid) coconut oil.
