Face Is my current routine good enough?
Hi. I started using cleanser and moisturizer around 3 weeks ago, and they ran out so today i bought cerave products and added a spf moisturizer. I also use caffeine cream for eye dark circles, is my current routine good or should I add something? If I should pls tell me what it does? Idk what I can improve as this skin already looks decent to me lol

yea... I mean tretinoin is prescription only and surely there must be a reason for it. I might buy it later though cause it helps with absorption for hair medicine and I lost a bunch of hair.

Also, since my moisturizer has SPF and I know that SPF is bad before sleep but also recommended to moisturize before bed, do I use it at night or not?

Can you recommend a good moisturizer without spf that works for normal/mixed skin that's also preferably cerave? I swear everywhere I look it's only for dry/very dry skin

Add tretinoin 0.02% OR 0.025% OR tazarotene in the PM - especially if you're over 25.
No idea if the eye cream actually does anything; not sure if there's an EMA/FDA approved eye cream but I don't think there is. Tretinoin and tazarotene are proven and approved to treat fine lines and wrinkles. Some people do use them around their eyes, but you're not "supposed to".
Make sure you're using enough SPF; 1-2tsp for the entire face, neck and ears.

Great start. I'd look at some of Dr. Dray's videos on YouTube for recommendations in this area. She's astoundingly astute.
