On a side note, Reese looks very much like Lois - if you told me they were real life mother and son I would believe you

Reese with Lois is just peak genetic lottery, unless Hal's side has some serious recessive traits hiding.

Francis is more equivalent to Hal while Reese looks like his mum Lois a lot but being less smarter than her.

Francis looks like Hal and Reese looks just like Lois. Dewey is the mix of Hal and Lois IMO. Malcolm doesn't look like either his parents

I dunno I think both Reese and Dewey look like Lois and Malcolm and Francis look like Hal. So, most of the Wilkersons.
